xxxx 48' Pace Toy Hauler w/ 22' living quarters. This trailer was bought for office and the transport of small go-karts. It was picked up in Indiana, towed to Rock Springs, Wy and has not left area since. Therefore the shower, stove have never been used and the bed never slept in. Outside 18' awning was updated to a higher grade for Wyoming wind and has only been used once. ( and functioned beautifully in wind for a week at fair!) I also didn't like the factory dining table so I remade it bigger and studier than original. It has a small dent where the bed of truck came up on gooseneck but no other damage excluding some small dents and scratches inside cargo area.
I bought this trailer for business. It has sit for a couple years and I have no justification for it. You will notice a really nice Topkick (w/caterpillar engine) truck to pull this with and if interested may consider trading as unit.
